Now that this humble blog of mine is getting a little more popular, I thought it may be time to bring to your attention a Comment Policy, after all you don’t want your comment deleted or marked as SPAM do you now!
Ok let’s get on to the simple basics of commenting on The Slappy Bear Blog
First of all the commenting boxes and important notes for them.
Name – You have two options here you can add just your name or you can add your name and the name of your blog or website. For example:

Jake
Jake @ Remergence Blog
Unacceptable Ways
buy my stuff online
Mike @ Get yourself a free facial
Your website name only!!!
Email – Obvious this one really, it’s your email address!
Website – Another obvious one this is your domain URL, main domain only, not links to other pages on your website!
Comment – The place for adding your (on topic) comment, no selling stuff or the like, your comment must be on topic and not things like “great site”, “love the place”. You know the sort of thing, also do not add links here!
Confirm You Are Not A Spammer – Simple Tick it if you are not a spammer or a bot!
CommentLuv – This is the place where you can add your latest blog post, if you are not a member of CommentLuv then you will only have the choice of your latest postm if you are a member, you will have a choice from your last ten posts.
Twitter – Now if you’re on Twitter add your username here, just your user name that is, then when you post your comment, you will see your Twitter name listed.
So when you have commented and if you have done it correctly, then your comment will be up.
Some comments do go into moderation, so don’t worry about that, most of the time it will go live.
Another thing to consider is to get yourself a Gravatar for your icon, this is much better than just a plain blue image.
But please remember, that all Admins have the right to edit or even delete your comments, but if your not a spammer, then you shouldn’t have anything to worry about
