Hello bear lovers, the other day my human-owner kindly brought home the latest magazine from the Apollo Rhyl, called ‘ESCAPE’, so I decided that Thorburn and I would have to check it out and make our wish list of films that we want to see.
The first thing I noticed was the competition to win a games console with Sherlock Holmes, like the sound of that, so I’ll certainly be entering that 😉
Film I Can’t Wait To See
OK, so on to my list of films that I can’t wait to see at the Rhyl Apollo Cinema.
First up has to be Arthur Christmas (@ArthurChristmas) this just looks the perfect Christmas film, it’s about Arthur who is Santa’s youngest son and it’s up to Arthur to save Christmas after Santa’s amazing high-tech system to get presents delivered fails. Arthur Christmas is out now!
Puss In Boots
Yes folks the cute, but cunning, kitty from the Shrek films is back in his own spin-off movie, Antonio Banderas returns as the voice of Puss, this “prequel” to the Shrek film shows us just some of the adventures that Puss in Boots ad before meeting that loveable green ogre. Puss in Boots hits the screens on 9 December.
Alvin And The Chipmunks: Chipwrecked
It’s seems ages since those cute, squeaky voiced, chipmunks were on the big screen causing problems for Dave (Jason Lee). This time they are on a cruise, but soon find themselves overboard and “chipwrecked” on a desert island, but are they really alone! Alvin And The Chipmunks: Chipwrecked is out 16 December.
Now my human-owner has told me about The Muppets and that they really used to be popular when she was little, I was a too sure about them, but after seeing some of the classic episode and see some f the older movies, then I’m looking forward to seeing this.
The Muppet theatre is about to be destroyed so an oil tycoon can drill for oil and The Muppets have to save their theatre. Bit of a wait for this one, in cinemas 10 February.
So There You Go
Just some of the films that I’m looking forward to, that are kid friendly 😉
Are there any films that you are looking forward to seeing?
